AI : Artificial Intelligence

  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE:

" AI refers to the ability of machines and company to perform tasks that would normally require the human intelligence."

The goals of artificial intelligence include computer-enhanced learning, reasoning, and perception. AI is being used today across different industries from finance to healthcare.

In this entire universe, God has not only created man but has also given him a mind.Which a person should know how to use in the right place. He should know that putting his mind in the right place not only benefits the people but also the country. When we talk about technology, man has made a lot of progress in it:His brain works just like technology, he thinks.
(Artificial means made by a person and intelligence means i.e. power of thinking.)

Artificial Intelligence is a branch of computer science where machines are developed in such a way that they can perform human-like tasks. When we prepare a computer in such a way that it can work like human intelligence, we can call it Artificial Intelligence. That is, when we set such programming in the machine in which a machine can do all the work which a human does. This power of intelligence increases in such a way that we understand them better and by hearing, seeing, touching something, we come to know how to behave with them.

"Also known as Machine Learning in Computer Science. This system has the ability to learn and improve on its own."

AI-powered smart WiFi systems, such as mesh networks, utilize advanced algorithms and machine learning to optimize and enhance your WiFi performance. These systems intelligently analyze your network environment, monitor network traffic, and adjust settings in real-time to ensure the best possible connectivity.

The scientist wondered whether a machine could also be like a human. The only objective behind knowing the real power of computer science was to create a machine which thinks and understands like humans and has the ability to learn.

The term Artificial Intelligence was used in 1955 by John McCarthy, an American computer scientist. He was a scientist who told about Artificial Intelligence during a conference in 1956, hence he is also called the Father of Artificial Intelligence.

Advantages and Disadvantages of AI:

★ADVANTAGES:

★24x7 Availability

There are many studies that show humans are productive only about 3 to 4 hours in a day. Humans also need breaks and time offs to balance their work life and personal life. But Al can work endlessly without breaks. They think much faster than humans and perform multiple tasks at a time with accurate results. They can even handle tedious repetitive jobs easily with the help of Al algorithms.

Example:

An example of this is online customer support chatbots, which can provide instant assistance to customers anytime, anywhere. Using Al and natural language processing, chatbots can answer common questions, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to human agents, ensuring seamless customer service around the clock.

★Medical Applications

Al has also made significant contributions to the field of medicine, with applications ranging from diagnosis and treatment to drug discovery and clinical trials. Al-powered tools can help doctors and researchers analyze patient data, identify potential health risks, and develop personalized treatment plans. This can lead to better health outcomes for patients and help accelerate the development of new medical treatments and technologies.

★DISADVANTAGES:

★High Costs

The ability to create a machine that can simulate human intelligence is no small feat. It requires plenty of time and resources and can cost a huge deal of money. Al also needs to operate on the latest hardware and software to stay updated and meet the latest requirements, thus making it quite costly.

★ No Creativity

A big disadvantage of Al is that it cannot learn to think outside the box. Al is capable of learning over time with pre- fed data and past experiences, but cannot be creative in its approach.

★Make Humans Lazy

Al applications automate the majority of tedious and repetitive tasks. Since we do not have to memorize things or solve puzzles to get the job done, we tend to use our brains less and less. This addiction to Al can cause problems to future generations.

★ No Ethics

Ethics and morality are important human features that can be difficult to incorporate into an Al. The rapid progress of Al has raised a number of concerns that one day, Al will grow uncontrollably, and eventually wipe out humanity. This moment is referred to as the Al singularity.
