1. Consumption of vegetables

We should consume water filled vegetables which are easy to digest like carrot, gourd, cucumber, radish etc. These vegetables are tridosha and are beneficial for every type of skin. We should consume at least three vegetables every day.


2. Herbal Tea

Vata increases dryness and due to lack of moisture the softness of the skin gets destroyed. To avoid this, we can consume hot substances like herbal tea etc. several times a day. Consuming tea prepared with a mixture of ginger and lemon keeps the skin always glowing. This also improves digestion.


3. Do exercise

With exercise we can stop the increase of vata in the body. Not only this, by exercising, the toxins of our body come out in the form of sweat, which in itself is important in maintaining the glow of the skin.


4. Breathing process

Mental and emotional stress also increases Vata in the body, which increases dryness of the skin. By paying attention to the breathing process, we can relieve stress and prevent Vata from increasing in our body.
