What you eat nourishes your body as well as your skin. Junk food and oily food can spoil the health of your skin. Therefore, take diet rich in Vitamin A, B1 and B2 i.e. green vegetables, fruits, salads. It also helps purify blood and hydrate the skin. Consuming raw food i.e. fruits and salads protects the skin from hyper-pigmentation and acne. 




Silicon


 It makes the skin soft and flexible and reduces wrinkles. To fulfill the deficiency of silicon in the body, eat radish, capsicum and cucumber.


Zinc


It reduces acne and prevents the skin from becoming oily. Bottle gourd, coconut, custard apple and sunflower seeds are good sources of it.


Omega 3 Fatty Acid


It strengthens the skin cells and also repairs the wear and tear in the skin cells. Omega 3 fatty acids are found in fish oil and seaweed.



Glowing skin care:


Excessive scrubbing also causes harm to the skin. Women's skin is very soft, so do not make the mistake of rubbing it even by mistake. Rubbing can cause red rashes on the skin. Always wipe the skin gently.

1. Apply sunscreen (SPF 30) half an hour before going out in the sun.

3. When honey is mixed with lemon and milk, it becomes very effective. This combination paste brings glow to the skin. Honey can also be used with cucumber juice and curd.


4. Using oatmeal removes dust and dirt stuck in the skin pores. Make a paste by mixing oatmeal and turmeric with water. Apply this paste on the skin. Once dry, wash with lukewarm water. The skin will improve.


5. Use of tomato improves skin tone. It gives pink color to the skin. It absorbs oil from the skin and opens the clogged pores.


6. Potato acts as a natural bleaching agent. It improves skin tone. You can easily make potato face pack at home.


7. Sandalwood provides coolness to the skin. It also removes skin infections, rashes, discolored skin, dark spots and other problems.


8. Make a paste by mixing gram flour and turmeric in water. Apply this paste on the face and wash it with water after it dries.


9. Make a paste of ripe papaya. Massage your face with this and wash after 10 minutes. face will look glowing.


10. Make a paste of sandalwood powder and rose water and apply it on the face. Then wash with water. There will be a lot of benefit.


11. Mix half a spoon of lemon juice in one spoon of curd and apply it on the face and after it dries, wash it with plain water. skin tone will improve


12. Grind the white part of raw coconut and make a solution. Apply it on the face or tanned skin and wash it with plain water after twenty minutes.
