Ways to increase hair length

1. Healthy diet

For long and thick hair, protein, vitamins and minerals are necessary in the diet. Include foods in your diet that contain good amounts of vitamins A, B, C, E as well as elements like iron, zinc, magnesium and selenium.


2. Massage with castor oil

Castor oil contains Omega fatty-9 acids which are essential for hair growth along with Vitamin E. By massaging the hair scalp with this oil, the hair becomes long and thick naturally.


3. Scalp massage

Massaging increases blood circulation from the hair roots to the scalp and this speeds up hair growth. Apart from this, deep conditioning the hair with lukewarm oil and hair mask once a week is also very effective. Apply lukewarm oil or conditioner to hair. Massage the scalp with fingers for five minutes.


4. Be stress free

Stress is the main reason for hair fall and breakage. It is believed that due to stress, the normal cycle of hair growth stops. Polyphenols, the elements found in green tea, play an important role in hair growth. Keep in mind that apply the paste of these herbs on hair after shampooing and conditioning. Drinking herbal tea also makes hair long.

Even after taking a balanced diet, some essential elements remain deficient in the body. These essential elements provide nourishment not only to the body but also to the skin and hair.
