• For working on computer, get glasses made in consultation with an eye doctor.
• Position the computer monitor in such a way that it causes less pressure on your eyes.
• Work with an anti-glare screen on the computer.
• If you start feeling like your eyes are drying up while working, then take a 20-minute break and go out for a walk in the greenery.
• Walking barefoot on grass and dew early in the morning is very beneficial for eye health.
• Keep getting regular eye checkups done.
