CATARACT
Cataract is a white spot in the lens of the eye, which affects the vision of the eye. Due to cataract, a person sees any object blurry. Cataracts mostly occur in the elderly. Cataracts can occur in just one eye or both eyes, or it can even spread from one eye to the other.
Symptoms of Cataract:
• Deposit of white layer on the lens of the eyes.
• Seeing two things with one eye
• Sometimes even light appears very bright
• The color of any object appears lighter
• Seeing any object blurry
• Changing the number of glasses frequently
• Difficulty with bright light
• Ring like shape visible in night light
• Difficulty driving at night
• Eyesight becoming even weaker in the evening
Ayurvedic Treatment:
1. Garlic has innumerable health benefits and is equally beneficial for the eyes. By eating two to three cloves of garlic daily, your eyes will be able to see clearly and the problem of spots will go away within a few days.
2. By eating spinach, cataract is cured to a great extent. Spinach contains beta carotene and antioxidant properties. By eating spinach daily, cataracts disappear within a few days and the eyes become as before.
3. The eyes of people suffering from cataract mostly remain red and it is even more difficult to deal with the problem. In such a situation, milk and almonds provide benefits to the eyes. For treatment, soak almonds in milk overnight. Filter this milk in the morning, put its drops in the eyes and chew almonds and eat them.
4. Green tea can improve eyesight. Green tea is also beneficial in common eye problems. Drinking green tea three to four times daily has health benefits for the eyes. Antioxidants present in green tea give new freshness to the eyes.
5. Vitamin C is essential for the formation of collagen and collagen is an essential component of skin and tissues. Therefore, increase the intake of Vitamin C in your diet. You get Vitamin C in abundance in fruits and vegetables like citrus fruits, red peppers, strawberries and tomatoes.
6. Raw vegetables can work wonders for the eyes. Raw vegetables contain high amounts of nutrients and Vitamin A which is essential for eye health. Including raw vegetables in your daily diet can help in dealing with cataracts as well as other common eye problems. raw
