Ayurvedic Treatment:

1. The major mineral in bones is calcium, so calcium is essential for bone health. To heal bone fractures quickly, you should include this important mineral in your diet. It is found in abundance in sea vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fish, salmon, sardines, and dairy products such as yogurt, kefir, and amasai.



2.Lysine is an essential amino acid, which promotes human growth, improves the functions of immune stimulation, central nervous stimulation and plays an important role in joints and components. It is very important in the absorption of calcium. Therefore include it in your regular diet. Fish, milk, cheese, apples, strawberries, legumes and fruits are high in lysine.



3. Vitamin K is very important for blood clotting and bone formation. Vitamin K1 is found in kale, broccoli, spinach and other green leaves. Whereas things like raw pharmaceutical products and kefir contain high amounts of Vitamin K-2.



4. Vitamin D is a hormone that regulates phosphorus, calcium and bone metabolism and neuromuscular functions. It is essential for strong bones and muscles. Without vitamin D, our body cannot properly absorb the calcium needed for healthy bones. Exposure to sunlight is most important for the formation of Vitamin D.


5. Vitamin C is required for the formation of collagen and is an essential component of skin and mineral of collagen. Therefore, increase the intake of Vitamin C in your diet. You can find vitamin C in abundance in fruits and vegetables such as archaic fruits, red peppers, strawberries and tomatoes.
